The mission of the Dungeon is a concept by which one receives knowledge, training information and supplement direction. The backgroud knowledge of the dungeon member's is vast. Spanning all areas of the Bodybuilding world. Our main objective is to welcome you into the dungeon community as no other bodybuilding forum can or will. As a member of the Dungeon you can search the forum for information pertaining to the topic of your choice. This thread was inspired by Ron Harris' thread "the daily pump" over at Musclemayhem.com where Ron posts pics from his daily life and a few pics from most workouts. I'm not going to update this daily but I will update it frequently, I think it might be cool & some of you can see what I do everyday, & how i integrate bodybuilding into my life.
today, woke up & fixed me some high fiber pancakes (10g fiber/pancake) along with some eggs

I plan on one day doing a natural bodybuilding show, but about 1 year ago i took a prohormone, M1T's. Definitely a big mistake and definitely something that i never want to do again. The side effects sucked to say the least, the results weren't permanent, and it took about 2 months after i finished the 1 month cycle before i started feeling my test levels were back to normal. Not a good feeling when i was only 18. What I'm wondering, is how long one has to wait if they've taken a prohormone to compete in a natural bodybuilding federation, if anybody knows??

i posted a topic about growth hormones in the steroid forum and didnt get the reposes i was looking for so ill put it here and see what happens. Im talking about growth hormones that you can buy legally are they worth it and do they work, has anyone tried them and what were the results. Just some thoughts on what some of you think or know about the subject.

Whats up layne!
I've been working hard to get the desired muscle. I'm currently eating/sleeping hard and my diet is on top!
Here's my training program:
Wed&Sat:
Chest/Trapz/Triceps/Legs
Fri&Sun:
Shoulders/Briceps/Back
It's a 2hrs workout and I've got up to 20lbs in 6weeks from it but I'm wondering since I'm done my creatine cycle should I do a "normal" program?
example:
Thurs: Chest&Trapz
Fri: Biceps&Triceps
Sat:Shoulders&Legs
Sun: Back
Also I'm currently doing pyramids 12-10-8-6 and 4x8 reps...
Should I include 3x12reps or 5x5's ?
I'm 5'7 165lbs and I'm tryna get to 200lbs before next summer!
Any good feedback or critiques would be great! Thanks alot!
